Calendar listing cases scheduled for trial at each term of the Circuit Court. For each case shows case number and names of plaintiff, defendant, and attorneys. Cases are categorized by: Issue of Fact, Issue of Law (cause), or Criminal. Remarks describe case history and court actions: appealed, dismissed, noticed, not ready, returned from Supreme Court, settled, sentenced, jury or court trial, and pleas. Civil cases include foreclosures, attachments, divorces, and promissory notes. Criminal cases include assault, forgery, bastardy, larceny, incest, and murder. Most calendars name court officers: sheriff, judge (court commissioners after 1882), district attorney, clerk, members of the bar, and petit jurors.
